Rates and Fee's
This is a general guideline, all work related costs are determined after consultation on a case by case basis.
Effective January 1, 2011
Investigations:
$65.00 per hour, $.75 per mile, plus expenses
My terms are "pay on receipt, 7 days net".
All invoices not paid according to these terms will be charged 8% late
charge per month. Any time after 30 days of delinquency, collection
efforts may begin. You are responsible for the costs associated with
my efforts to collect, including but not limited to: attorney
expenses, filing fees, etc.
If you do not understand these terms, ask for an explanation.
ALL DOMESTIC CASES
(DIVORCE, CHEATING, CHILD CUSTODY ETC)
REQUIRE AN ADVANCE FLAT FEE RETAINER OF
$1,500.00

Porter County, Indiana - $75.00
La Porte County, Indiana - $85.00
Jasper County, Indiana - $95.00
Rush fee add - $20.00
