We named our GPS unit after a tracking machine; the Bloodhound, because Bloodhounds are synonomous with tracking and locating. The real Bloodhound, just like our man made "Bloodhound Tag" locks on to a scent or in our case; an electronic signal received by a group of satellites, and does not let go. Our "Bloodhound Tag" does not take hours to track, it
is instant. Our "Bloodhound Tag"is capable of performing any mission you require: friend or foe, night or day, hot or cold, and wet or dry. It does not need to be fed or watered, just recharge it every 100 hours. We use this very unit exclusively. Our first unit has paid for itself 50 times over, and continues to peform flawlessly. Our most recent use (April 2010) covered two weeks of tracking, with more than sixty (60) hours of movement, and the Extended Battery was still at 50% power remaining.

This is simple; you pay for the number of days you need the device in advance, plus pay the refundable deposit and you are all set. You will be provided with all the instructions you need to perform the tracking you want to do. You may use the rental method to try the device out before buying.
The two trackers described below are identical except for their
size. The standard battery unit is about the size of a pager.
Normally placed in a pocket, glove box, console, purse, luggage, etc.
The extended battery unit comes in a waterproof magnetic
case intended for covert (hidden) installation such as on the
exterior or underside of a vehicle.

but I have used this unit for 8 hours of constant driving time and the
battery still had 50% power remaining. When the unit is not moving
an internal sensor activates power consumption control, and extends
power cycle. The standard battery unit is best suited for local
tracking with intermittent movement expected.

Battery rated for 80-100 hours of constant use (driving, in motion time)
but this unit has continued to deliver tracking information for more than
30 days of intermittent use. When the unit is not moving an internal
sensor activates power consumption control, and extends power cycle.
The extended battery unit is best suited for long-term use or where
extended driving or in motion periods are expected to be high.

PASSIVE GPS TRACKING
We offer passive tracking devices that can track vehicles, people and/or assets.
Passive devices are capable of recording the exact location at all times, but must be retrieved to obtain the information stored in the device. You simply plug it into your computer, log into a web site,
and see where the device has been.
In other words: a Passive device will give the user the information after the fact. The passive device stores the information for up to 90 days for later access.
This is the most economical device we sell and rent.
