Fee Policy

Quotes are completely subjective and in most cases can not be estimated accurately before hand. We will be happy to discuss the condition and circumstances of your equipment, suspicions, interests or other concerns to determine the nearest cost calculation possible. Our knowledgeable support staff or an expert analyst will work with you to determine the best course of action for your particular issue as well as the estimated costs.

Pre-analysis - flat rate - call for quote

Retainer - expected in most cases

COD - available

Off-Site work

Our lab can perform off-site work at

a significantly lower cost verses on-site. If we take custody of your equipment you can expect a turn-around time in some cases in as little as (3) three business days.
